Situated in shadow of the iconic Chrysler building tower, this new amenity rooftop terrace will serve as an outdoor extension of a new interior lounge, bar, and meeting space. Movable planters are deployed along the perimeter to allow for façade maintenance, davit arms, and platforms. A central club room is surrounded with lush plantings and flowering trees. An elevated outdoor meeting space is proved below a canopy structure at the terrace’s east.
